Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein Arrives in Canada
On Sunday, March 17, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, arrived in Canada on an official visit, in which the strengthening of bilateral relations and consultation on the most important regional and international issues of mutual interest will come under discussion, in addition to, the visit aims to open new horizons for communication with Canada.
The Minister expressed his thanks to the Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ms. Mélanie Joly, who welcomed the visit in a statement issued by the Canadian Global Affairs, early on Sunday.
Minister Hussein, indicated that the visit comes to enhance communication with the Iraqi community in Canada, emphasizing on providing the best consular services to the community through the opening of the Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in Toronto.
