Chargés d’affaires in Nairobi Meets Representative of United Nations Environment Programme

The Chargés d’affaires ad interim of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Kenya, Dr. Akram Jamil Suleiman, received at the Embassy, the United Nations Environment Program Representative and Regional Director for West Asia Mr. Sami Dimassi, on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. During the meeting, they discussed ways of cooperation and coordination between Iraq and the United Nations Environment Program UNEP, in order to complete the implementation of the projects implemented by the United Nations Environment Office for West Asia in Iraq, the Chargés d’affaires expressed his desire to continue these visits to enhance collaboration and overcome obstacles facing the implementation of these projects.
