Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Meets Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al-Saud, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference 2024, which is being held in Munich, Germany from 16 to 18 February. During the meeting, both Ministers reviewed several shared issues between the two brotherly countries, in addition to the Iraqi-Saudi relations, which have witnessed obvious development in recent years.

Minister Hussien, discussed with his Saudi counterpart the security situation in the region, the war on Gaza and its regional repercussions, as well as the suffering of the Palestinian people, which requires all parties to seek dialogue and reach an immediate ceasefire.
