Iraq’s Ambassador to Riyadh Meets Saudi Deputy Minister for Political Affairs

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ms. Safia Taleb Al-Suhail met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for political Affairs Ambassador Saud Al-Sati, on Monday, February 12, 2024, at the Foreign Ministry headquarters in Riyadh. During the meeting Ambassador Al-Suhail stressed Iraq’s keenness to promote relations with the Kingdom at various levels, in a way that serves common interests.

On his part, Ambassador Al-Sati, indicated the depth of the historical relations between the two brotherly countries, and the importance of joint action to strengthen relations in various fields. They also reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them, both sides stressed the importance of meetings and consultations and the Joint Coordination Council to enhance bilateral cooperation, and continue joint work.
