Deputy Head of Department of International Organizations and Conferences Meets with the Chargé d’Affaires of Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela

The Deputy Head of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences, Dr. Ali Hilal, met with the acting Chargé d’Affaires of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of Iraq, Mr. Antonio José Martínez Lopez, on Wednesday, 11/9/2019 at the Foreign Ministry . The two sides discussed ways of enhancing and developing bilateral relations and preparations for the next session of the UN General Assembly,  as well as the possibility of studying the possibility of Iraq’s accession to the draft declaration of the Group of Friendly States to defend the Charter of the United Nations, which will be presented during the high-level segment in the meetings of the session 74 of the  General Assembly of the United Nations , the acting Chargé d’Affaires of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela promised the Iraqi side to study and respond soon.
