Head of Europe Department Meets Greek Ambassador to Baghdad

The Head of the European Department Ambassador Ismail Shafiq Mohsen  met with the Greek Ambassador in Baghdad Mr. Leonidas Contofonios on Sunday, 25/8/2019.

During the meeting, they discussed political developments in Greece in light of the legislative elections held on 7/7/2019, the formation of the new Greek government led by the right-wing and the visit of high-level delegation of Greek officials and businessmen to Baghdad during the month of October as well as the preparation for the convening of the Iraqi-Greek Joint Committee.
