Head of the Department of Protocol Meets Turkish Ambassador to Iraq

 Head of the Department of Protocol, Dr Ali Shamran Hachem, has met the Turkish Ambassador to Iraq, Mr Ali Reza Guney. 

During the meeting, they discussed a number of topics and files of mutual interest to develop the cooperation on several levels, especially ways to facilitate granting entry visas to the Turkish Republic. 

The head of the department confirmed the readiness of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/ the Protocol Department, to provide all assistance and support to enhance the relations between Baghdad and Ankara and in a manner that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples. 

On his part, the Turkish Ambassador, Mr Ali Reza Guney, expressed his thanks and gratitude for the warm reception and hospitality, and for the facilities provided by the Department of Protocol to the Turkish Embassy in Baghdad. 

 Deputy Head of the Department of Protocol, Mr Samer Jamal Hasan has attended the meeting.
