Consular Department Finalises Preparations for Launching Digital and Electronic Systems Programs to Track the Authenticity of Letters
The head of the consular department, Mukhles Ali Rajab, has chaired a workshop in preparation for launching the electronic system to track the authenticity of letters.
The project aims at streamline procedures for citizens’ applications who visit the Consular Department and Iraqi missions abroad.
Dr Khaled Hameed Rasheed, the supervisor of the system, gave an explanation on how to use the program and ways to deal with it, and what it is going to save in minimizing the effort and time for the citizen and the employee alike, affirming that work is currently underway for the pilot launch of the project and preparing to operate the digital systems in the Consular Department after completing the logistics.
The deputy head of the Consular Department, Musa Mahdi Makawi, and a number of the Department’s employees have attended the meeting.
