Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Bahrain Meets the Bahraini Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism

 Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Muayyad Omar Abdul Rahman, has met  the Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Mr Zayed bin Rashed Al Zayani. During the meeting, they reviewed the brotherly relations between the Republic of Iraq and the Kingdom of Bahrain, as the Chargé d’Affaires commended the steady development and growth in the light of the common desire to promote the bilateral cooperation to a broader horizon, in a manner that achieves the aspirations of the two brotherly peoples, expressing Iraq’s interest in enhancing the relations closely and continuously through exchanging experiences and visits by high-ranking officials of both countries, in addition to launching joint programmes in various fields, including trade, industry, and tourism, pointing to the government’s interest for the promoting of all development sectors, creating an investment environment suitable for the advancement of economic sectors and encouraging investors, especially the Gulf investor based on the close historic ties that unite the Arab Gulf states and their peoples.

On his part,  Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Zayed bin Rashid Al-Zayani commended the development of the relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Iraq on various levels in a manner that enhances the interests of the two countries and their peoples, wishing Mr Muayad Omar success in his tasks.
