Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Iraq in Jakarta Receives the Special Envoy of the Indonesian President for the Middle East and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation

On 03/01/2022, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Iraq in Jakarta, Counsellor Muthana Kamel Saleh, received at the embassy building, the Special Envoy of the Indonesian President for the Middle East and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, Dr Alawi Shehab.

 At the beginning of the meeting, Dr Alawi Shehab congratulated the Iraqi government and people on the success of the election held in October 2021, wishing that the next government will achieve the aspirations of the Iraqi people. They also discussed opportunities for bilateral investment cooperation and opening new horizons for cooperation between the two friendly countries.
