In response to the appeals of a number of Iraqi migrants in the Republic of Poland, a consular delegation from the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Warsaw is heading to the German-Polish border, for the purpose of granting laissez-passer to Iraqi citizens wishing to voluntarily return to Iraq, proving their citizenship and briefing on the conditions of residence of others and their humanitarian requirements. It should be noted that the refugee camp in the Polish city of Dresden, which had already been visited, includes (403) Iraqi citizens.
