Head of Organisations and International Conferences Department meets the Ambassador of the Republic of Brazil to Baghdad

The Head of Organisations and InternationalConferences Department(Dr Abbas Khadim Obaid) met the Ambassador of the Republic of Brazil to Baghdad (Mr Louis Evaldo) on 31/10/2021 at the Ministry headquarters.

During the meeting, the two sides have reviewed bilateral relations. The Head of the Organisations Departmentcongratulated Brazil on its election as non-permanent member at the Security Council for the two upcoming years. They also exchanged views concerning many regional and international issues of joint interest that are under discussion at the organisations and international resolutions. Also, they have discussed ways of coordination and exchanging the support for obtaining international positions.
