Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Meets Saudi Minister of Education

On 21/10/2021, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,  Dr Abdul-Sattar Hadi Al-Janabi, , met at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh, the Saudi Minister of Education Dr. Hamad bin Mahmoud Al-Sheikh.

 During the meeting, they discussed a number of topics related to the field of education between the two brotherly countries, especially the Saudi scholarships granted to the Iraqi students in Saudi universities, as the Minister promised to provide the possible facilities for the admission of Iraqi students to the Saudi universities. He called on presidents of the Iraqi universities to exchange visits with their counterparts in Saudi universities for cooperation, exchanging scientific expertise and holding workshops in the field of education to develop a joint action plan for cooperation between the two sides in all areas of higher education.  Ambassador al-Janabi extended his thanks to the Minister and the officials of the Iraqi desk in the Ministry for their efforts to maintain communication with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq to exchange experiences between the two brotherly countries in the field of higher education.
