Ambassador Mohammed Jaafar Al Sadar Meets the Irish Minister of Trade

Ambassador Mohammed Jaafar al Sadar has met Mr Robert Troy the Irish Minister of Trade at the headquarters of the Irish ministry of Trade they discussed during the meeting means of enhancing the commercial relations between the two countries and the possibility of increasing the capacity of trade exchange between Iraq and Ireland which has increased by %17 since 2017.

H.E. mentioned the importance of benefiting from the Irish experiment to establish and develop micro – medium companies and enhancing the private sector and maintain continuous meetings between the two parties to meet the needs of both countries in terms of goods and services.

On his part, Mr Robert emphasized Ireland’s efforts to build economic relations with Iraq, stating that Ireland focuses on the sustained and clean energy, commending the role of Iraq in facilitating the regional dialogue to alleviate the tensions and enhancing the appeasement and stability in the region.
