Ambassador Al-Adari discusses with Jordanian Minister of Culture strengthening cooperation and partnership

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Amman, Haider Al-Adari, discussed with the Jordanian Minister of Culture, Mr. Ali Al-Ayed, strengthening of cooperation and partnership between the two brotherly countries in the cultural field, during a meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 26/8/2021.

Mr. Al-Adari stressed the need to enhance cooperation and partnership in the cultural fields between the two countries and to intensify communication and mutual participation on the events organized by the two brotherly countries, in line with the current conditions imposed by the measure to combat the Corona virus, the Ambassador expressed the desire of the embassy’s to cooperate with the Jordanian Ministry of Culture in organizing cultural activities exploiting the presence of an elite group of Iraqi intellectuals and artists residing the Jordanian Kingdom.

For his part, the Minister welcomed the achievement of more cooperation and coordination between the Jordanian Ministry of Culture and the Iraqi Ministry of Culture, and the discussion of the cultural executive program between the two ministries at the earliest opportunity, as well as seeking to make use of the tripartite coordination between Iraq, Jordan and Egypt in this field.

The meeting was attended by the culture file official at the embassy, Third Secretary, Mr. Saleh Elias, and the Iraqi Cultural Attache’, Dr. Waseem Fadhel.
