Statement by Foreign Ministry Spokesman Dr. Ahmed Al-Sahaf

Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein arrived Tuesday 20/7/2021 in the American Capital, Washington, heading the negotiating delegation to the fourth round of the strategic dialogue scheduled to take place on 23/7/2021 between Iraq and the United States of America.

 The Iraqi delegation will be headed, in this round, by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Fuad Hussein, while the US delegation will be headed by the U.S. Secretary of State, Mr. Antony Blinken.

The forthcoming negotiations round will be held in preparation for the dialogue to be led by His Excellency Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, on the Iraqi side, and the U.S. President, Joe Biden on the American .
