Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo meets Deputy Assistant Foreign Minister for the Affairs of expatriates

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States, Dr. Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi, met with Deputy Assistant Foreign Minister for Expatriates, Training, Technical Cooperation and Public Cultural Affairs, Ambassador Yasser Atef. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and facilitating procedures for Iraqi students in Egyptian Universities.

Dr. Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi stressed the importance of increasing the number of scholarships allocated to the Iraqi community residing in Egypt and the staff of the Foreign Ministry and facilitating the granting of entry visas to Iraqi expatriates and students via Egyptian diplomatic missions in Iraq.

On his part, Ambassador Yasser Atef expressed his appreciation for the visit of Dr. Ahmed Nayef Al Dulaimi, pointing out Egypt’s readiness to enhance cooperation between the two countries in all fields and provide facilities for students and employees who have received scholarships.
