Head of Europe Department Meets Russian Ambassador to Iraq

The Head of Europe Department, Ambassador Abdul Kareem Kaab, met the Russian Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Maxim Maximov.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to develop bilateral relations at the political and economic levels, and they also discussed important visits by officials of the two countries soon.
The two sides also stressed the need to prepare for the ninth session of the joint Iraqi-Russian committee to be held in Moscow as soon as possible, which includes signing agreements and memoranda of understanding between the two countries.
