Foreign Minister Calls Minister of Culture to Congratulate him on Inclusion of Babylon on World Heritage List

Foreign Minister Mr. Mohamad A. Alhakim telephoned the Minister of Culture Mr. Abdul Amir Al-Hamdani, and exchanged congratulations on the joint success achieved by the two ministries in the inclusion of the ancient city of Babylon on the World Heritage List.
Minister Al-Hamdani praised the efforts of the Foreign Ministry represented by the Minister, the Department of Organizations and Conferences, and the embassies of Iraq in various countries of the world that supported and actively contributed to the mobilization of the international effort to support Iraq’s request to include the ancient city of Babylon to the World Heritage List.
