The Ambassador of Republic of Iraq to India Meets with Secretary of External Affairs Ministry

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in India, Mr. Falah Abdul Hassan Al-Saadi met with the Secretary of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs , Mr. Sanjay Bhattacharya.
During the meeting they discussed ways to improve the bilateral cooperation between the two countries to achieve common interests, calling for cooperation in international forums and mutual support in international organizations.
Ambassador Falah Abdul Hassan also expressed his thanks to the Indian side for the facilities provided to Iraqi Airways in the past period in relation to the exceptional flights to evacuate Iraqis stranded in India due to the ban measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, as well as the approval of the Indian official authorities to operate one flight per week continuously, as an exception to the flight ban on International flights to India imposed six months ago.
