The Acting Head of Arab Department Meets with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Iraq

The acting Head of the Arab Department Mr. Osama Mahdi met with the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Salem Al-Zamanan.

The Head of the Arab Department affirmed that Iraq is keen on enhancing bilateral cooperation in various issues of bilateral concern, especially in the field of confronting the emerging coronavirus, and its economic and health implications.

They also discussed the political and economic developments in the region and the world that are of common concern.

On his part, Ambassador Al-Zamanan expressed his country’s desire to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, and the importance of achieving mutual visits to officials of both countries within the framework of achieving common interests.
