The Embassy of Republic of Iraq to Cairo Operates 15th Exceptional flight to Baghdad

The 15th exceptional flight departed from Cairo heading to Baghdad in cooperation with Iraqi Airways with (197) passengers on board of Iraqis stranded in Egypt due to flight suspension as a precautionary measure against the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus.

The embassy in Cairo, through its official account on social media, and its hotlines, called on Iraqi citizens who want to return to the country to register their data so that they arrange an exceptional return flight to Baghdad.

On his part, the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq and the permanent representative in the League of Arab States , Dr. Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi praised the efforts of the Iraqi Airways in conducting flights and the great cooperation shown by the Egyptian side in facilitating the preparation of flights.
