Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Doha Meets Minister of Transport and Communications of Qatar

The Ambassador of the republic of Iraq in Doha Mr. Omar Albarazanji met with Qatar’s Minister of Transport and Communications Mr. Jassim Saif Ahmed Al-Sulaiti, to discuss means of enhancing cooperation between the two countries, the Ambassador pointed to the depth of the historical relations between Iraq and Qatar and the social and cultural depth that brings together the two brotherly peoples.
 During the meeting, they discussed several issues in the field of transport and communications, Mr. Albarazanji affirmed that the embassy is coordinating with the concerned Iraqi authorities to activate cooperation with Qatar in all fields, and the embassy works to enhance joint cooperation, and activating cooperation and exchange of experiences in the telecommunications.
On his part, Mr. Al-Sulaiti welcomed the ambassador and wished him success in his post, stressing that Iraq and its people have strong relations with Qatar, affirming the keenness of the State of Qatar to increase the cooperation either by trade or In the transport and communications sector in a way that enhances the real partnership between the two countries.
