Iraqi Ambassador to Abu Dhabi Meets Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Acting Minister of Higher Education

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the United Arab Emirates, Dr. Mudhaffar Mustafa Aljubouri, met with Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the United Arab Emirates, on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.

During the meeting, they discussed the prospects of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and opportunities to enhance joint cooperation in the educational and scientific fields, as well as the importance of proceeding with the signing the draft Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Republic of Iraq and its counterpart in the UAE, to enhance cooperation in the research and academic fields, to achieve mutual interests and strengthening the bonds of joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

Ambassador Aljubouri, commended the advanced educational level of the UAE, stressing the importance of the meeting as a step towards enhancing channels of communication and cooperation, to discuss the exchange of expertise in the vital educational sector to build future generations, and open channels of cooperation in the several fields, including artificial intelligence.

On his part, Minister Al Awar affirmed the depth of bilateral relations, pointing out his country’s keenness to maintain cooperation and permanent coordination with Iraq in all fields, for the benefit of the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.
