Undersecretary for Bilateral Relations Receives Turkish Ambassador to Iraq

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Bilateral Relations Ambassador Mohammed Hussain Bahr Aloolum received Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Iraq, Mr. Anil Bora Inan, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Baghdad.

The meeting dealt with several issues of common concern, as well as ways to enhance and develop bilateral relations between the two countries in the political, economic, security, and water spheres. The meeting also addressed the latest developments regarding the Development Road Project, joint memorandums of understanding, and stressed the need to hold political consultations between the two countries in the near future.
