Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Receives a Phone Call from his Egyptian Counterpart

On Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein received a phone call from Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Mr. Badr Abdelatty. 

The call reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, as well both Ministers emphasized the importance of continuing coordination in terms of tripartite work, which includes Iraq, Egypt, and the Kingdom of Jordan. Additionally, they reviewed the Joint efforts to coordinate regarding the conditions in the region, they also exchanged views aimed at avoiding escalation and ensure intensifying efforts to spare the peoples of the region the ravages of war.
