Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Receives a Phone Call from United Nations Special Envoy for Syria

On Monday, July 15, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein, received a phone call from Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary General for Syria, Mr. Geir Pedersen, in which they discussed conditions in Syria, and exchanged views regarding the central role that Iraq can play in order to find a settlement to the Syrian crisis, in light of its balanced relations with all parties.
