Undersecretary for Multilateral and Legal Affairs Visits Iraqi Embassy in Ankara

Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Multilateral and Legal Affairs Mr. Omer Al Berzanji, and his accompanying delegation visited the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Ankara, on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. The Undersecretary was received by Iraq’s Ambassador to Ankara Mr. Majid Al Lachmawi, and the embassy staff.

The meeting reviewed the Embassy’s work, ​​the performance of its staff, and the efforts exerted in providing services to the Iraqi community in Turkey. Undersecretary Al Berzanji stressed the importance of overcoming obstacles facing members of the Iraqi community, in addition he called on the embassy team to exert more effort, and to provide all Possible services and facilities the community need.

On his part, Ambassador Al Lachmawi gave a brief presentation on the nature of the work of the Embassy, ​​at the bilateral and consular levels.
