Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Receives Turkey’s Ambassador to Mark End of his Tenure 

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein, received the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Iraq, Mr. Ali Reza Güney, on the occasion of the end of his tenure in Iraq, on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. During the meeting the Minister stressed Iraq’s keenness to enhance bilateral relations with Turkey across various fields, in a way that achieves the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.

On his part Ambassador Güney, expressed his appreciation and thanks to Minister Hussein, for the support and assistance he provided during his tenure in Iraq, confirming his government’s willingness to develop cooperative relations between the two friendly countries.
