Permanent Representative of Republic of Iraq to League of Arab States Presents his Credentials to Secretary General of Arab League 

On Monday, June 3, 2024, His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Qahtan Taha Khalaf, presented his credentials as Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq to the League of Arab States, to His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Arab League Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, at the headquarters of the Arab League. During the meeting they exchanged views on Arab issues, and the importance of joining efforts to find a common Arab stance that enhances Arab action.
On his part Secretary-General Aboul Gheit, indicated the importance of Iraq and its influence in its regional environment and in the Arab League, wishing Iraq continued stability and prosperity.
