Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Receives US Ambassador in Baghdad

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein, received the Ambassador of the United States of America, Ms. Alina Romanowski, in Baghdad, on Saturday May 18, 2024.

During the meeting they discussed several issues, including the U.S. government’s vision as the penholder in the Security Council, regarding the future of UNAMI work in Iraq. The meeting also discussed the most important issues related to the political and security situation in the region.
