Head of Political Planning Department Meets Malaysian Chargé d’Affaires in Baghdad

The Head of the Political Planning Department, Counselor Haider Sultan, met with the Chargé d’Affairs of the Malaysian Embassy in Baghdad Mr. Mohamad Shahir Sabarudin. During the meeting Mr. Sultan welcomed the Malaysian Chargé d’Affaires, wishing him success in his work, and further progress in bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

They also discussed means of supporting investment opportunities for Malaysian companies in Iraq, in line with the Iraqi government’s approach to economic development, in addition to cooperation, exchange of experiences and visits between the political planning departments of both countries.

At the end of the meeting, the Head of the Political Planning Department thanked Mr. Sabarudin for the visit, hoping to hold further meetings in the future.
