Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Meets Yemen’s Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Minister

On Tuesday, May 14, 2024. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, met with Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate, Dr. Shaya Al Zindani, on the sidelines of the foreign ministers’ preparatory meeting for the Council of the Arab League at the 33rd Arab Summit, in the Kingdom of Bahrain. During the meeting they discussed the latest developments of the political situation in the area, and regional issues of common concern.

Minister Hussein highlighted the depth of relations between the two brotherly countries, expressing Iraq’s readiness to provide everything that would enhance the stability and peace of Yemen.

On his part, Minister Al Zindani indicated that Yemen and Iraq are two pillars of Arab national security, and their stability reflects positively on the security and stability of the region.
