Iraq’s Ambassador in Riyadh Meets Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of Saudi Shura Council

Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Safia Taleb Al Souhail, accompanied by senior Embassy staff, visited the Shura Council’s Foreign Affairs Committee, and met with Chairman of the Committee Dr. Wael Al Idrisi, along with several members. During the meeting the two sides discussed a range of important issues that will enhance bilateral relations, especially issues related to parliamentary affairs.

Her Excellency Ambassador Al Souhail, stressed the importance of mutual visits by committee members and joint work, in addition to  the role of parliamentary diplomacy in strengthening fraternal ties between the two countries.
