Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Meets Council of Arab Ambassadors in The Hague

On Tuesday April 23, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mr. Fuad Hussein, met with Arab Ambassadors accredited to The Hague.

During the meeting the Arab Ambassadors offered their deepest condolences over the passing of Minister Fuad Hussein wife, asking Allah the Almighty to extend his mercy to the deceased.

On his part Minister Hussein, thanked the Ambassadors for offering condolences to His Excellency.

In addition to the Minister gave a brief explanation of Iraq’s foreign policy and the current challenges facing the region, stressing the importance of achieving cooperation between Arab countries, in order to enhance joint action. The Minister also emphasized the necessity of supporting the Palestinian issue at various levels, including supporting Palestine in the legal aspect, through international courts in The Hague.
