Iraq’s Ambassador to Nicosia Meets Cypriot Minister of Justice

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Greece and non-resident Ambassador to Cyprus Mr. Mouayed Saleh, met with the Cypriot Minister of Justice and Public Order Mr. Marios Hartsiotis, on Tuesday, February 20, 2024. During the meeting, they discussed ways of promoting bilateral cooperation, in a way that serves the interests of both countries, especially in the field of judicial cooperation, they also reviewed the memorandum of understanding which is expected to be signed during the coming period between the two sides.

On his part, Minister Hartsiotis stressed his country’s keenness to strengthen cooperation with the Republic of Iraq in all fields, and the importance of judicial cooperation between the two countries.
