Statement

The Foreign Ministry expresses its welcome to the preliminary decision issued by the International Court of Justice on Friday, which aims to prevent all genocidal acts against the Palestinians, in addition it confirmed the violations of the occupying entity and its blatant breach for international laws.
The Ministry reiterates the importance of stopping hostile military operations that prevent the delivering of humanitarian aid and threaten the lives of Palestinian civilians.
The Ministry expresses its appreciation for the stance and efforts of the Republic of South Africa and its legal team to file a lawsuit against the continues violations of the occupying entity, before the International Court of Justice.
