Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Presides Iraqi Delegation in Extraordinary Session of Arab League Council

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, presided the Iraqi delegation participating in the extraordinary session of the Council of Arab League at Ministerial level, which was held at the request of the Republic of Iraq over the Iranian ballistic missile attack on the city of Erbil, which led to the deaths of civilians and the injury of others.

The Council adopted a resolution condemning this attack, affirming the need to respect Iraq’s sovereignty, in addition to support Iraq’s international efforts to preserve its sovereignty and the safety of its territories and people, the delegation attended the meeting included the Undersecretary for Bilateral Affairs Mr. Mohammed Hussein Mohammed Bahr Aluloom, and Acting Head of the Arab Department Mr. Osama Mahdi Ghanem.
