Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of Iraqi Embassy in Damascus Meets Syrian Minister of Transport

The Chargé d’Affairs ad interim of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Damascus Yassin Sharif Alhujaimi, met with Minister of Transport of the Syrian Arab Republic Eng. Zuhair Khuzaym.

During the meeting they discussed economic cooperation between Iraq and Syria, especially in the fields of transportation and railways, in a way that serves the common interests of the two brotherly countries. As well both sides discussed the possibility of exchanging experiences, especially in extractive industries, stressing the importance of enhancing trade and investment cooperation.
