Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Riyadh Celebrates the 103rd Founding Anniversary of The Iraqi Army

The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Riyadh held a ceremony on the occasion of the 103rd Founding Anniversary of The Iraqi Army, under the auspices of the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Safia Taleb Alsouhail, and in the presence of the Military Attaché Major General Daoud Alsamarrai, Deputy Military Attaché Brigadier General Mazen Abbas Aljubouri, and the Military attaché staff. At the beginning of the celebration Ambassador Alsouhail delivered a speech, expressing appreciation and admiration for all the sacrifices exerted by all ranks of the Iraqi Army for the nation’s elevation and dignity, recalling the great sacrifices and the honorable history of our valiant Army and its heroism during the liberation battles against Daesh terrorist gangs, which is considered one of the greatest national attainments throughout the contemporary history of Iraq, in which heroes of Iraqi Army recorded the greatest stories of heroism and courage.
