The Head of America’s department meets the American ambassador in Iraq

The head of America’s department, Ambassador Majid Abdel-Ridha Hassan, met with the US ambassador to Iraq, Mrs. Alina Romanowski, at the HQ of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign affairs.

During the meeting, a number of files of common interest between the two countries were discussed, including cooperation in the economic and cultural fields, investment support for American companies in Iraq, and the activation of joint committees within the strategic framework agreement.

At the end of the meeting, the two sides stressed the need to continue joint work in the interest of the two countries.
