The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Kuwait meets the President of the Kuwaiti National Assembly

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Kuwait, Al-Manhal Al-Safi, met with Mr. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Saadoun, President of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, and during the visit, a congratulatory message was presented by Mr. Muhammad Al-Halbousi, President  of the Iraqi Parliament, on the occasion of his assumption of the presidency of the National Assembly, and a friendly conversation took place about the development of bilateral relations Between the two brotherly countries, as well as the results of the visit of the Prime Minister, Mr. Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani, to the State of Kuwait, and the positive results that resulted from it that can be built upon during the coming period.

For his part, the president of the National Assembly stressed the depth of the historical relations between the two brotherly countries, which would contribute to advancing the process of bilateral cooperation to wider areas.
