The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs discusses the ongoing preparations for the 25th Gulf Championship with the ambassadors of the Gulf States and Yemen to Iraq
The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted the deliberative meeting to discuss the ongoing preparations for the establishment of the 25th Gulf Championship, which Iraq will host in Basra Governorate, with the ambassadors of the Gulf countries and Yemen accredited to Iraq.
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Higher Committee supervising the establishment of the tournament, Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Ahmed Al-Mubarqa, with the participation of Ambassador Safia Talib Al-Suhail, Head of the Subcommittee in the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ambassador Abdul Rahman Al-Husseini. The importance of making this sporting event a success for Iraq, giving it a special symbolism and completing all the security and service aspects related to the success of this important sporting event.
