Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Cairo Meets Egyptian Minister of transport

On 11/10/2022, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq and permanent Representative to the League of Arab States, Dr Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi, met the Egyptian Minister of Transport Lieutenant General- Eng. Kamel Al-Wazir, at Ministry’s headquarters.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister welcomed the Ambassador and his accompanying delegation, referring to the keenness of the Arab Republic of Egypt to strengthen the cooperation with the brotherly Republic of Iraq.

On his part, Ambassador Al-Dulaimi thanked the Minister of Transport for the good reception, and he conveyed the greetings and appreciation of His Excellency the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Iraq, Mr Nasser Hussein Al-Shibli, and his wishes for the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt for continued progress and prosperity, and his aspiration to continue and enhance the cooperation between the two brotherly countries through exchange of official visits between the leaders and staff of the two ministries and exchange of experiences in the areas of transportation.

They also discussed a number of files, including means of enhancing air traffic, and exchanging experiences between the two brotherly countries.
