Undersecretary for Legal Affairs and Multilateral Relations Receives Japanese Ambassador to Iraq

On 4/09/2022, the Undersecretary for Legal Affairs and Multilateral Relations, Dr Qahtan Taha Khalaf, received the Japanese Ambassador to Iraq, Mr Suzuki Kotaro, at the Ministry’s headquarters.

The two sides discussed a number of topics of joint cooperation at the international level of common interest, mutual support in international bodies and positions, and some issues on the international arena, coinciding with the upcoming meetings of the United Nations General Assembly.

The two sides also commended the level of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
