The Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns the incident to which a vehicle belongs to the Australian embassy in Baghdad has been exposed. The incident did not result in any casualties.

Expressing its solidarity with the Australian side, The Ministry affirms its complete commitment to the Vienna Convention on the organisation of relations, for the protection of diplomatic missions’ personnel and premises and the facilitation of their duties, in a manner to enhance the bonds of joint work.
