Iraq opens (session 19) of the Arab Committee for Human Rights

        The ambassador and  Permanent Representative of the Republic of Iraq to the Arab League in Cairo Dr. Ahmed Nayef Rasheed AL Dulaymi opened (session 19) of the Arab Charter for Human Rights, concerned with discussing “the second periodic report of the Republic of Iraq” on 14/2/2022 at the HQ of the Arab League.

   The   Iraqi Ambassador has thanked the General Secretariat of the Arab League for its care for all Arab Peoples, particularly Human Rights` file and he also thanked the Human Rights Committee “Charter Committee”.

     At the beginning he confirmed the real desire of the Republic of Iraq to implement the rules of the Arab Charter of the Human Rights and other International agreements with this regard, referring to the violations that Iraqi people were exposed to by the terrorist gangs of ISIS, Where the Iraqi Government issued its directions to address and terminate its effects, referring to the concern of the Iraqi Government for the Human Rights file by directing all the organs of the state to work accordingly.
