Head of the Consular Department Meets the Armenian Chargé d’Affaires to Iraq

On 9/2/2022, the Acting Head of the Consular Department, Mr Mukhles Ali Rajab, met the Armenian Chargé d’Affaires to Iraq, Mr Ilek Gharibian, at the request of the latter, at the Ministry’s headquarters.

During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations and ways to develop them, especially in the area of consular affairs. They also discussed the possibility of developing the tourist cooperation between Iraq and Armenia as it has a positive impact on the level of relations between the two countries.

At the end of the meeting, the Armenian Chargé d’Affaires, Mr Elek Gharibian, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality.
