Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq Meets CEO of Kuwaiti Airlines Company

  The ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the State of Kuwait Mr Al Manhal Al Safi met on Thursday 03/02/2022 Mr Ma’an Erzouki the Chief Executive Officer of the Kuwaiti Airlines Company.

During the meeting they discussed the horizons of cooperation between the two national airlines in the two countries, and the possibility of inaugurating direct flights between Baghdad and the Iraqi governorates to activate this vital sector between the two brotherly finding safe and easy paths for the travel of both countries, and activating the role of air cargo.

On his part, the CEO of the Kuwaiti Airlines Company Mr Erzouki has welcomed the visit and explained the importance of the Iraqi Airlines market for both national airlines especially for the economy of the two brotherly countries; he also explained the necessity of the joint cooperation and coordination for the interest of both countries.

He announced the resumption of Kuwaiti Airlines flights to Iraq which had been postponed for few days.
