Iraq Participates in the Consultative Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Arab Countries in State of Kuwait

The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the State of Kuwait, Mr Al-Manhal Al-Safi, on behalf of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Fuad Hussein, has participated in the consultative meeting of the foreign ministers of the Arab countries, which has been held in the State of Kuwait, headed by Dr Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs in the State of Kuwait , President of the 156th session of the Council of the League of Arab States, in the presence of Mr Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the latest regional developments, issues of common interest, and ways of cooperation in order to overcome crises in a way that achieves security and stability, and in a manner that enhances the joint Arab action and serves the interests of Arab countries and their peoples.

In conclusion, the Ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation to the State of Kuwait, as Emir, government and the people, for hosting this important consultative meeting in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States.
